A seasoned public relations practitioner, Arthur Cavazos brings 33 years of experience and a breadth of experience honed from a career spanning five years as a newspaper journalist, five years as a public relations coordinator for a major non-profit organization, and a senior management position with one of San Antonio's leading public relations and marketing firms.
We identify/prioritize objectives, gather information, analyze it, propose solutions, take action, measure results, and periodically review your progress. Arthur is the former head of marketing and public relations for the San Antonio Museum Association, the city's largest non-profit arts institution. Prior to establishing his own company, Arthur was responsible for developing and implementing communications programs for all major corporate clients for one of the city's top three public relations and marketing firms. As a former journalist, Arthur maintains an excellent working relationship with media personnel on a local, regional, and national level.

Owner & President
Arthur Cavazos is a seasoned public relations practitioner with more than 33 years experience in the communications field. His breadth of experience was honed from a career spanning five years as a newspaper journalist for the Abilene Reporter-News, five years as a public relations coordinator for the San Antonio Museum Association, the city's largest non-profit arts institutions, and as a senior account executive with one of San Antonio's leading public relations and marketing firms.
He's worked on creating the Downtown Arts District, the Majestic Theatre Restoration Project, the Fortune Magazine CEO Forum, the International Drug Summit here during the George H.W. Bush Administration, and the opening of the Alamodome. As a former journalist, Arthur maintains an excellent working relationship with media personnel on a local, regional and national level.
Arthur's hometown is Pearsall, Texas, which is approximately 70 miles south of San Antonio. A Southwest Texas State University graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Arthur has served on the Southwest Texas Alumni Advisory Mass Communications Board.

Long-time marketing and sales executive Elvia Hernandez Cavazos uses her more than 37 years of experience of print and nearly 8 years of radio advertising experience to provide our clients with advertising campaigns that best compliment their product and/or service. Cavazos has been with CPRA, Inc. since 1998. While at Clear Channel Communications-owned radio stations WOAI/The Ticket (News/Talk Sports), Elvia was among the top performing sales executives. Before that, she was an account executive at the Hearst-owned San Antonio Light.
A San Antonio native, Elvia is a two-time "Sales Executive of the Year" honoree from the San Antonio Sales & Marketing Executives Association and a graduate of St. Mary's University.

Senior Public Relations Specialist
Jayme D. Clark
.Jayme D. Clark has been with Cavazos Public Relations and Advertising, Inc. since 2007. She is a proud graduate of Texas Tech University with a degree in Public Relations and Business Administration. Although her roots are South Texas based, she now resides in the Texas Panhandle town of Dumas, Texas. She continues to work closely with Cavazos Public Relations and Advertising, Inc. to assist with various advertising and public relation projects through the areas of strategic planning, marketing development, advertising data and distribution and public relations campaigns. She generates media campaign materials such as press releases, calendar listings, radio/TV copy and request for coverage documents for the various Cavazos Public Relations and Advertising, Inc. clients. She also completes market research reports in order to reach the correct target market for the campaign/event. She is committed to the Cavazos team and serving their clients’ advertising and public relation needs.

Natalie Hoffmann, CPRA, INC., Summer Associate.
Natalie is a junior Communication major in the Honors program at Texas A&M University with a minor in Business. Natalie was born and raised in San Antonio and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Tom C. Clark High School in 2017. At Clark, Natalie varsity lettered in cross country all four years, playing basketball and running track for two years, while being involved in multiple academic clubs such as National Honor Society, National Latin Honor Society and National Science Honor Society. In her first year of attending Texas A&M, Natalie earned a 3.91 GPA and was recognized on the Dean’s List each semester. She also participated in undergraduate research analyzing the psychology behind communication, presenting her final product at the Freshman Communication Research Conference. Natalie is the recipient of numerous academic scholarships, including the San Antonio A&M Club Foundation Scholarship. She is looking to pursue a career in the field of communication or journalism and learn by gaining experience in the field throughout her time in college.
